Get Outside! Fitness: Strength + Balance

The strength and balance class will be a 45 minute class designed for seniors and people with type 2 diabetes. Participants will work with light hand weights, resistance bands and small inflatable balls. Class will start with a brief warm-up followed by strength training and light cardio, finishing with a cool down and stretch.
Get Outside! Strength + Balance is part of Shelby Farms Park's Get Outside! Fitness Programs. This project is funded under a Grant Contract with the State of Tennessee.
